同股不同權的虛偽
現時在美國掛牌的上市公司，公司的控權股東所持有的股份比起其他小股東的享有更大的表決權。而香港證監從不允許同股不同權。
一般情況之下，每個年度的股東週年大會只有兩天(中期及期末)，須知控權股東在公司裡頭已有很大的營運話語權(除去上述股東週年大會以後剩下來的363天)，而且控權股東對公司業績的優劣簡直瞭如指掌，小股東壓根兒處於劣勢，若然再加上容許控權股東享有不對等的同股不同權的優勢，小股東連最後一丁點兒的制約權都喪失了，注定小股東必敗。
試想一下，在一個縛擊遊戲當中，一方被綁手綁腳，而另一方則矯若游龍，賽果將要如何？
又一美國虛偽的實例。假如阿里巴巴因此捨港取美，那就由得她吧！

well, to be honest, every people should act on its investment decision...
given the A/B share structure is not so benefit to other share-holder, why do you still buy it ?
if you buy it , then as far as you know your right will be limited then it is enough...
so I think it is fair for the exchange to allow A/B structure given it has given enough warning to ALL people like having to do some double checking/ education ..
if you speak about the share holder's right, I think the exchange should
1. force all companies to all have online voting...
2. force the broker firms/banks/agent to send the voting form/meeting notice to the investor..
as far as i know , now only just a few broker / banks are doing so...
3. set the lot size for all shares to 1 shares, why I cannot buy CK holding (0001.HK) if i just have 11k, the lot size if limiting small investor's opportunity ...
and since selling in odd lot, it has to be discount, why it is so?
odd lot shares and full lot shares are exactly the same thing, same right...why have to trade in discount...
